Atlas Mike's Lunker Oil, formerly Mike's Extra Strength Glo Scent, makes all lures and baits more effective. The formula hasn't changed but the packaging and name have.  It's made of a special blend of scents, flavors, and amino acids that stimulate fish to strike.  It also masks unwanted human odors, gasoline, insect spray and plastics.  

How to use.  Apply directly to the lure, plastics, cluster, roe, flies, mallows, salmon eggs, live bait, yarn, floating baits, etc.  For marinating or injecting baits like hearing, sardine, prawns and night crawlers, simply apply as you would andy other scent.
