Freshwater Monofilament Line

Freshwater monofilament has been the standard for many years and continues to fished extensively.  The lower cost and stretch gives monofilament line an advantage over other lines.  We generally use it for topwater baits since monofilament doesn't sink as fast as other lines.  Its properties often make it difficult to break the surface tension of the water making ideal for surface style baits.  Check out this great selection of monofilament lines.
